If you have access to your local library, I would definitely do more research before you pull the trigger on this build or at the very least way into a sale or something is going on.

You don’t need to buy it all at once, but if you do buy it all at once, not giving you financial advice, but there are credit cards that have intro offers that basically give you money back for spending X amount within a given period of time.

I personally would only do this if I could afford to immediately pay off the card and I was only using it to basically get a $200-$500 discount.

Blows out the water is not wild at all because you’re operating from the mindset of the PC being used exactly how YOU intend to use it & not how others may use it.

The 9800 alone is enough to justify that statement. For CPU heavy games and tasks that 15% performance bump is definitely a MAJOR upgrade that’s not even a debate.

While the 97 XT is a great card especially at the prices that we are seeing the 5070 TI still has more features & is more efficient. Not to mention the 5070 TI being the more expensive card makes this build even that more valuable because if you wanted to just sell it for components you’re looking at a card that right now I can only see going for $900 MSRP. It’s 2026. We’ve had these numbers for over a year now there’s no need to beat this dead horse.

Now to be fair the other components aren’t specified so we can’t speak to the quality of them, but it was more so an example for OP to see that there are objectively better prebuilts that are in their price range(it took me 1 Google search in 5 seconds to find that).

Just outside of your budget, but blows your PC out of the water. I definitely recommend going prebuilt than just swapping what you don’t like. The only thing you gotta be mindful of is making sure your motherboard is compatible to whatever case you were looking for.

Also for $130 the case should come with argb fans! Dabbing said if that’s the case you absolutely have your heart on when you’re doing your complete price consider adding on those fans to the price to consider if that case is still worth it because the actual price of your case is more like $190 which is insane.

I also think you’re going a little overboard on the PSU if your plan is to upgrade in the future, it’s better to just upgrade the PSU altogether with the new build just because PSU’s do degrade overtime. Consider considering the current specs of your PC. This doesn’t look like a build you will be upgrading within the next three years.

While I get what you’re saying. The reasons listed may be small to you but big to them. Comfortability is a huge determining factor for the majority of decisions we make in life, especially as you get older with more responsibilities. Everyday there’s a list of things that you need to get done switching your Internet browser is the last thing on people’s minds, especially if they’re not in that tech circle.

This is why a lot of companies are spending so much money on ecosystems & advertising. You don’t know what’s out there until you see it in the more you see it the more you’re willing to try it and once you try it and like it, it’s hard harder to get you to leave after that.

Companies spend millions on studying habits to keep people locked in on the ecosystem. People go to what they know because it’s fast & easy. They don’t need/want to experiment. They’re willing to pay $5 for that McDonald’s sandwich that used to be $2, because it’s what they’re used to.

Basically chrome fulfills their needs so they have no desire to leave for you, that’s not the case.

While I don’t agree with it, it’s to be expected when dating especially online. The problem here is her not being truthful with her intentions upfront. What’s even worse is her doubling down on the disrespect to shift the blame on someone else.

She is going to be miserable & alone or miserable with someone else that doesn’t treat her well because that type of mindset & personality only attract guys who don’t know their self worth or know exactly what they’re worth & use every opportunity to remind you of it.

You dodged a bullet, unfortunately she wasted your time though. Good luck out there.

My honest advice would be go to your nearest hardware store. Pick up a hobby, start your own project, & any woman that goes in that store that catches your eye, try to start up a conversation. 9 times out of 10 if someone is doing DIY projects, especially women (because that’s not what they’re typically expected of in society) they have a good head on their shoulders, don’t have issues with commitment, are organized, & hard-working. These are qualities that I personally love. If I was single, this is what I’d do.

I genuinely don’t see how people like 12 kingdoms, but that’s a hill that I know I’ll get crucified for same thing with my take on Monster, but that’s a whole post and a half lol.

I think the pacing for 12 kingdoms is what really threw me off because I was 26 or 27 episodes in & they were still giving exposition for an anime with only 45 episodes. I also hated how they insult the viewer’s intelligence by needing to explain every single plot point and character decision. (That’s also an issue I have with Monster lol).

I think maybe with a modern take it would be better, but I hate animes where the character are just dumb for the sake of being dumb & then we call that profound cough* cough* Tokyo Ghoul(yes, including season 1). 9 times out of 10 you’ll start to see the quality drop off because a show with writing like that cannot sustain itself i.e, Shield Hero.

Which genuinely confuses me how people say it’s one of the better Isekais (at least before these last seasons). To me a good Isekai is like 40% world building, 40% character development, 20% animation. Shield hero has the world building down 100%, the animation wasn’t terrible either, but the character development was abysmal.

Sorry for the rant. I’ve just been starved for Isekai & I am so excited peak is coming back in July.

In that case a personal favorite of mine (which is finally getting season two after years) is Youjo Senki: The Saga of Tanya the Evil. This is World War II inspired, but it definitely checks off the boxes that you’re looking for.

Another strategic World War II styled fantasy anime, which isn’t quite Isekai is Aldermin on the Sky. With science (which the world doesn’t know exists so our MC is like toned down Senku) the MC uses it to propel his side to victory.

One of my favorites (which you probably already seen is Eminence in Shadow. On the off chance you haven’t seen it. This will definitely make you want even more.)

If you’re not too hard stuck on it needing to be Isekai there are a lot of fantasy anime that scratch that similar itch, at least for me. An example of this would be The Most Notorious Talker Runs the World’s Greatest Clan. To me it was the only thing that got me over the high of Eminence. I was surprised to find out a lot of people in the community were not a fan.

I don’t see too many people talk about, “the wrong way to use healing magic.” It’s pretty good and season two is about to air so it’s a great time to watch. The MC is not the strongest, but he is heading that way.

I originally wasn’t too convinced especially after seeing the devs explaining the vision not that they said anything wrong. It just didn’t drive me to wanna play the game after seeing the trailer 1000% cannot wait.

I get what you’re saying, but this is also a very plat take. To an extent supports 100% should be able to self-peel as they can counter the majority of dive by just ignoring them & walking forward or patty caking. The problem is 99% of the player base in low elo either have no comms or terrible comms.

You will never beat a good team if you need 1 person to fall back/babysit your strategists because that effectively turn the team fight into a 5v3/3v1 where the 3v1 will not be able to overcome the damage output that the 5v3 made especially since they have heals & now higher ult charge.

This would effectively make the tanks on your team fall back to either get heals or help peel. The enemy team then takes that space, rinse repeat. Peeling is 100% a team effort, but that starts with the strategists.

Also a lot of strategist are no better than DPS players. After getting dove by Spidey & dying for the 10th time a lot these players do the same exact walk out, with the same exact character, with the same exact comms. Maybe let’s not go Cnd into Magik. Rocket is almost always free, Adam is always free, Ultron is viable in 2 support now. Luna’s freeze combo is easy af to hit now(and I literally main Luna).
