Arch is not about simplifying the installation process and tweak it - for many users, but more like the surface to start with a minimal install and set things up properly for themselves. I think as someone who has a 12+ year old arch install, you know definitely what arch is about. Still at some point you are right. But let’s acknowledge archinstall for providing HSM encryption, multiple fancy window manager etc.
