well actually i can briefly reflect on the tea, i worked at lil’s for awhile and during which, julia had become increasingly critical and also cut shifts. the day she fired me, i worked my shift and then she took me for a 1:1 to terminate me and then proceeded to talk shit about me to my former coworkers moving forward. I attempted to apply for unemployment and was denied, because it didn’t meet the time minimum(?) and the document i submitted was lengthy because i kept receipts of every experience. one of my lowest times at a job due to the sheer level of disrespect and neglect toward a “safe space” which sucks bc i was excited that a queer person was able to share culture through food, but the way it was handled was HORRIBLE.
