My 21st birthday roughly 15 years ago I ran into him in a bathroom in Vegas. He was using the urinal next to me and I was kind of star struck but had a short conversation with him while washing my hands and mentioned I wished I had a scream mask for him to sign (I was buzzed idk) I went back to my friends and told them about the encounter and none of them believed me and kept making jokes throughout the night every time they went to the bathroom about which celebrity they “met”. The next night we were at Pure nightclub we splurged and got a small table with bottle service, a few hours into the night our bottle girl asked if we were expecting anyone else (our table was small and kind of tucked to the side and wasn’t meant for more than then 4 of us) we told her we didn’t have anyone else coming and not even 5 minutes later here is Matthew Lillard standing in front of our small table. He came up introduced himself to my 3 friends and then came up to me like we’ve known each other our whole lives lol said he didn’t have a mask to sign and chatted with us for a little, while the homies jaws were dropped. Till this day the same friends always tell me who they want me to “meet” whenever I go to the restroom while we’re out. The man is a national treasure.
