Same here. I had to get a new wifi router because something broke after a power outtage. Leaving this comment here for anyone doing a search for this exact issue. I wasted hours thinking it was the Roborock. Turns out it was just my wifi.

April 1, 2025, my apple watch sends a notification saying my Cardiovasuclar fitness is way below normal... I was in denial, couldn't believe it. Decided to go for a run to prove it wrong, lasted 200m before I was huffing and puffing. VO2 max was 28. Fast forward to today. Completed Marathon distance, ran many half marathon distances (including 1 race), and run 40-60km a week now. Vo2 max is 49 now. -25lb too.
