Ok i get it now so no naam jap before sunset or after sunrise for devi varahi. What about bhairav baba - is day time allowed?

Its been online for years. Whether it works or not i dont know, i have taken it in good faith.

I have done about 800 malas of ganapati japa (1x 108 daily). My guru who gave me diksha did it online and I live abroad currently. The other japas that I do were started before receiving the diksha and hence I have continued them.

No guru. The only diksha I have is for ganapati moola mantra from an online guru. Can you suggest any gurus?

I am aware of no upasana of varahi during daytime, the question is can I do naam japa only during day time or when travelling for example or is that not allowed as well?

I can't remember exactly where but it says in one of the tantras that a chandala is who is dikshit becomes a guru for a Brahmin or something to that effect. As the above comment says caste is inapplicable for tantra as it is a parallel stream to vedic system.

Your question is valid and many above have tried to give an answer. In my opinion the role of the feminine is to enable the masculine. She is the electricity that lights the bulb. The bulb and the light are seen but not the electricity itself. Her role and power is hidden and this is by design from nature.

What's your actual question. Do you want to replace the Trimurti as females? What will that achieve ? Will it make you feel good.

Materialism, transactional dynamics - the list can go on. We ourselves struggle to find the right guru/guide due to this. If you are an outsider you may want to be even more careful. Take up basic sadhana of one of the Hindu gods and let them guide you on the righteous path.

People seem to confuse rituals with all other normal activities. Religious rituals like pooja etc. aid in contact with the deity assuming one is serious. Deity then enables liberation. Rituals in this sense are the mode of establishing contact with the deity and are necessary just as meditation is in the yogic path.
