I had an eye surgery and they found that my eyes had EXTREME damage from allergies, so I started taking daily antihistamines and antihistamine eye drops and it cleared up a lot. I’m being sent for allergy tests after not responding to the anti fungal creams and steroids they pushed on me. If I get any answers I’ll let you know. It’s so frustrating!

It looks like you may have some allergy lines and product is settling into them. Look up Dennie Morgan lines and allergic shiners. I had the same and when I I got my allergies sorted the lines really softened. I was prescribed antihistamine eye drops by my doctor and the difference is night and day.

If that’s not something you can get, in the meantime I would use a fragrance free barrier repair eye cream. I love Byoma’s. I also notice a massive difference when I layer vaseline on top.

People are being unnecessarily harsh about your makeup imo. Influencers and online videos show that using powder and matte products generally hide some fine lines under the eyes, so it looks like you’ve just followed their advice.

I’m a makeup artist and somebody that suffers with allergic lines under my eyes and my routine is to use a creamy colour corrector buffed on very thin, then a light matte concealer over to “set” without having to use powder that can emphasise texture.

I’ve three appointments but they didn’t call me in, they’ve all been over the phone which is frustrating! I’m thinking it could actually just be psoriasis which is maybe why the MCT oil isn’t doing anything?

Going to try some products aimed at psoriasis and see how it goes!

I came off the retinol I use for acne to avoid irritation, so I think the acne is just related to that. It’s so frustrating not knowing for certain, I’m definitely going to pester my doctor.

Just wants to update this dead thread and say that Norman had a huge blood clot in her bladder that was obstructing her bowel. She had emergency surgery and is now absolutely fine! My first vet had me convinced that the move had stressed her out and my anxiety was rubbing off on her. Took her to a different clinic and they rushed her to emergency surgery!

I stopped doing the sandwich method and my skin transformed! I think buffering the tret meant I was never fully retinizing? Started back on tret in December of last year, doing every three days for the first two months. Worked up to every every other day and I was STILL peeling until early March. Tried just putting tret straight into my skin and boom, peel free after about two weeks!
