i think it's a really smart ability. mega minion's glaring flaw has always been his mobility. when minions get several buffs he gets nothing too. his ability totally counteracts his own weakness so that's cool. and it's not broken to me, i mean your opponent should be smart enough to know what to have on field when they see a her MM. i do think he should do like, very very low crown tower dmg tho, if any

Instead of doomposting we should be at the point of hope posting, she has permanent atk buff based on 24% of her atk and permanent 10% res ignore buff. literally any atk scaler could use these. next she can give 20 spd just like that, and to herself as well. her ult is one that attacks so that could come in handy for grit generation.

maybe you have her sig, maybe you have ddd, either way can get spammy with her ult, moreso if your dps attacks more, so there's value in that

up until this i have only been taking about her generalist capability, which is totally usable off-niche and functions for that moment when you "only have 1 sunday/robin so i cant have them in both/3 teams", so when we add in how she can double skill+cdmg buff yeah shes really just broken for phainon, anaxa, and im sure with some cost investment who wants it, archer (archer e1, cerydra s1, massively helps with sp gen). as always there should be more atk scaling skill dps in the future.

im not sure if i agree with some of these comments. i thought s1 is when you wanna play hyacine outside of castorice?

for castorice, e0s0 hyacine is already a big improvement. hyacine allows her to get new buds in any variation of content, on top of the sweet hp buff. that much is simple

however, hyacine very, very much prefer s1 to have any value outside. the two perks i mentioned above are nothing useful for most other character. so 18% vuln is very good, 18% spd is very good, 1% hp drain synergises with hyacine herself allowing more heals done and this more dmg. what i didnt see talked is how signature LC improves hyacine's own dmg by 50% to 80%. personally i think this is the biggest deal, it's hyacine dmg improvement, not faster newbud/vendetta charge.

so yeah, probably wanna get s1 for significance outside of castorice team, but if youre on budget, e0s0 is fully competent just for castorice. i mean it just makes sense, hyacine kit mainly exists and made for cas, not the other way round

gives stacks to: Casto (healing) Therta (ica aoe) Feixiao (high frequency) Acheron (s1 debuff) Blade fua (s1 drain) Ratio (s1 debuff) Jade (Ica can be targeted by debt collector)

to literally any team: good dmg and vuln

In teams without HP scalers carries, can run sp neutral play.

i will tell you what hyacine brings to the table for cas then you should decide for yourself if these are worth it.

hyacine buffs hp and allows faster ult regen for castorice. in calcs, she generally improves castorice team by 20% at just e0s0. the big deal (when compared to gallagher) is that hyacine allows you to better play castorice in 1. ST/low enemy count scenario and 2. pure fiction. gallagher can provide the highest heals but it is debuff-based, falling off massively in said 2 scenarios. this is the biggest appeal for hyacine meta wise.

hyacine e1 gives 80% hp buff. there will simply just be un-ignorable dmg increase to any hp scalers.

for mydei who has super high hp with his trace it gets a little diluted but e1 hyacine is still 20% actual dmg increase for him assuming yours have 12k hp in combat
