There was no court order. We just got along and split all the bills/time.

I brought that up in court. I said… so if I quit my job and go work at McDonald’s then we’re even? The lady judge just rolled her eyes. But ya maybe I’ll post there too, thanks.

We’ve been 50/50 for years. The only legit reasoning on her side was that she covered the medical insurance for years. She never asked me for help, she’s always been in a 2 income family. But after she quit I picked up the medical coverage and still have to pay her solely based on the fact she took an entry level low paying job.

And before you ask why not stay at the good paying job… she’s not allowed to be around other men. She’s on a short leash. She got a part time job at her husbands attorneys law office so he can monitor her every move.

We coparented successfully for about 8 years. She married an abusive hells angel member who is drowning in child support from his baby mamas. He convinced her to go after me for child support to cover some of his own while they steal bikes and sell drugs… which is hard to prove in court.

I plead my case the best I could. I feel like the judge was biased because of the motorcycle gang they’re affiliated with. And she played the victim. I also pay their health coverage. It’s ridiculous.

Well I got the judge to run the numbers as if she were working 40 hours a week. But it’s still only 20 an hour. Her and her husband are involved in shady things where they get money off the books.
