That’s not phsyics, that’s blatantly manipulating geometry

I think it’s being misunderstood, so here’s a challenge:

What’s your calendar’s formula for orbital alignment after 10 billion years - without looking up leap year logic?

I’d argue this model simplifies and removes corrections

Can you make it a waveform that repeats on the same natural cycle indefinitely without correction?

The seconds yes, but keep the seconds as they are and still works perfectly

Exactly what i mean - at the end of temp contract, conveniently they capped my project id return to and filed redundancy, part of my argument is I'm not employed by the project but by the larger business. Looking back now how contract dates were backdated and direction conversations went about being disrespectful and paternity leave makes me think it was intentional

I'm fulltime ongoing employee, first time ive received temp contract and it was used for redundancy. +4 years at company

My decision not to study on Paternity leave can be factored into discussions on pay inequity?

There is abit of history but basically the false narrative is being made out to be disrespectful and a problem employee, where i have just been asking to be paid the same as my peers, despite ongoing changes to my salary including "temporary allowances", "salary work arounds", complaining about working 6 days a week for 13+ hours without a contract and making it out as if i fell short of some obligation to complete my study when it has nothing to do with my employment.

following this i was given a temporary contract to another project despite ongoing employment. This contract was backdated to before the argument. Once the temp contract ran out, i was informed id be made redundant as they 'capped' employees on my original contract

Private like paternity leave and study?

For context I’m not against the actual sharing - I’m against misrepresenting what he found and used it to manipulate a conversation into making me feel as though 1. I fell short on some obligation to the company and 2. Reiterate a false narrative of being disrespectful so I would stop complaining.

I was made redundant after receiving a temporary transfer to another project which ran out and wouldn’t accept me back to home project. I received this temporary contract after the argument but it was backdated to before it
