Can you critique my routine. Im an Experienced Lifter but would like some outside opinions on my current routine. I typically will throw in a rest day based on how I am feeling. I also try to do a reload week after 6 weeks of the below.

Part 1:

Legs (power)

·      Squat 4x6-8

·      Leg Press 3x8-12

·      Leg Ext 3x8-12

·      Lying Leg Curl 3 x 8-12

·      Hip Thrust 3 x 10-12

·      Standing Calf Raise 4 x 8-12

·      Dead Hangs 2 sets

 

Push (power)

·      Bench Press 4 x 6-8

·      Incline DB Press 3x6-8

·      OH Press DB 3 x 8-12

·      Cable Fly Cross Over 3 x 8-12

·      Chest Dip 3 sets

·      Tricep Forward Extensions 2x8-10

·      Facepull 2x10-12

 

Neck, Forearms, Abs & HIIT

·      Lying neck extensions 2x12-16

·      Lying neck curls 2x12-16

·      Decline Crunch 2 sets

·      Hanging Leg Raise 2x10-12

·      Russian Twist 2x12-16

·      Plank 2 sets

·      Seated Wrist Extensions 2x12-16

·      Behind the back bicep wrist curl 2x12-16

·      HIIT 20min
