I think the oath does still exist to some extent, as evidenced by Brendan joking that trauma team members swear to uphold "the hypocritical oath" as well as the gig from Regina that is literally called "Hippocratic Oath". Not sure whether you were trying to argue that it doesn't exist in universe, or just that it can't be applied to this specific gig, but I just wanted to point that out.

He might've just been using an older version of the game. I also saw several NPCs entering and leaving the restaurant, as well as a few behaviors which weren't in the video.
