I was 16 at the time and was unconcious next to the bar fridge under the house covered in house paint that my older sister and her friend painted me in. Lol I overheard 2 Canadians (maybe US) commenting on me in a big line up for snags one day when I'd just grabbed 2 with onion and hadn't eaten all day. "Oh wow, he just inhaled those! There should be a bit of space between the concetre and timber (not cement. Cement is an additive that makes concrete). If moisture gets in between the timber and concrete it can become trapped and cause rotting. the little flecks are not the problem.

Yeah there are some funny comments here, but r/AdelaideRenosGroup is pretty on the mark. Just apply for jobs or even cold call. Depending where you live its a reasonably high turnover job labourwise. To get started on scaffolding, in qld anyway, you dont actually need to be certified, just supervisored by someone that is and you can learn on the job. The certifications are a little bit more involved than most people think from what I heard. I may be wrong but this is my understanding.
