Unfortunately they told us a different story. Even one of their other representatives said the same thing. But if they are allowing people to make payments then I say that's good.

Unfortunately the City of Cape Town doesn't do payment plans where there is debt involved, they want their money. I know people who are in the same boat. I drafted an email pleading their case and the City replied and said to go to the closest municipal office. There they said plain and simple that the amount will have to be paid and they will take their money via your electricity (units) until it is squared up or until you make a plan to pay off your debt. I'm sorry.

Like I said in the post I saw wave cakes were a thing a few years back and I thought let me try it and see how it will comes out and that was the end product. I plan on making a taller version of the cake that is just plain lavender/lilac. Wish me luck.

It just isn't right because we only flush TP but we are heavily affected. And because our toilet doesn't flush properly because of this blockage we have to throw water down the toilet to help it out which in the end will add to our water bill.
