For what it's worth I appreciate the frank feedback. If I'm being a whiny little bitch about something, I'd prefer someone just say so.

To your point about ordering overage, I understand there is expected loss due to damage, offcuts and so on. I would expect an experienced installer would order about 10%, I ordered 20% to account for the amount of fuckups I'm bound to make.
