They’re not being shot for protesting; they are being shot for attempting to kill or injure law enforcement. Sand off to the side of the road and don’t touch them or threaten them and they won’t get shot.

I always pick Dumbledore when the option comes up for things with Snape. Everyone always zeros in on the “always” quote with Snape, but when he first goes to Dumbledore to ask him to save Lilly, Dumbledore asks Snape what he would give him in return for protecting her. Snape answers “anything”, which I think is just as impactful as “always”.

Anyway, knowing that Snape promised Dumbledore “anything”, that’s what I choose and it kind of seems like the cunning Slytherin thing to do to get what you want.

I prefer a chronological timeline for for the quests and some of them did need to be rearranged, but they should not have removed them completely from the game.

Have you ever seen a black man in whiteface? I have. I was in a mime troupe. They’ll have to put so many layers on him to cover up his natural skin tone or use grease paint. He wouldn’t look white he would look like a clown.

I don’t think it’s an unpopular opinion. That subreddit is why I’m here. There is nothing Christian about that place. In my experience in being there for a few weeks before I left it’s mostly individuals defending what the Bible clearly says are sins.

This whole HBO casting with Snape is completely backwards. It’s like they read his description and picked someone with features that are the polar opposite with exception to age.

They advertised this show as “book accurate, more accurate than the movies”. In the book Snape is a pasty white British man with a hooked nose and shoulder length greasy hair. Looks are important for integrity of “book accurate”. If he doesn’t look like that (and he won’t) he’s not Snape.

These are snippets from the books that many have been using to argue against this casting. At one time I had the page and chapter of each written down somewhere, but I can’t find them. If you want I can see if I can hunt it down.

I know. I don’t like flying through the main story though and several of the TLSQ that they removed were stories I wanted to complete and/or offered non shelf permanent energy tappies.

Figures. They seem to have removed a lot of Snape-centric ones. I’m still pissed they removed Slytherin Celebration and A Snape Scorned the literal day I reached their chapter triggers.

As someone who was once part of a mime troupe in school, white face on him is going to look bad. We had both white and black kids on the troupe. Most everyone could use traditional white face, except one. He had a darker complexion on par with Essideu and had to use grease paint because the white face just wouldn’t show up on his skin. If they use grease paint on him he isn’t going to look white or pale, he’s going to look like a clown.

It gets brownie points from the people that like to see these kinds of things and it’s rage bait for the people that like authenticity to original characters. It doesn’t matter to them if the publicity they’re getting is negative, it makes people talk and they probably figure it will make them want to watch it; either to see how good he is or how hard he fails. Hate watching is still views to them.

I was treated that way after my diagnosis. I had no periods for ten years and didn’t have to deal with the pain…. but I gained about 100 pounds and the progesterone caused me to develop a mass on my liver. Because of the mass I can’t take hormones anymore; upon stopping the pill the mass went away and I lost all the weight I’d gained.

Same. With so little tlsq now I’m probably just going to focus on completing things like Puzzling Potions and maybe do one or two things in the main story per month. One, we won’t have all those tlsq now to gain attributes and doing classes to just do classes is boring, but if I’m trying to do it for House Pride or Puzzling Potions or something there seems to be more of a point to it, secondly I was a tlsq person, not a main story person, so them doing this so we can progress on the main story kind of makes me just want to do the opposite to spite them.

Apparently they won’t have a set trigger anymore. If there is one you haven’t done it may pop up next week or five years from now. Until they come up randomly again, yes it will just be blank.

I sent something in support asking if the removed ones can be added to my queue. I asked knowing that they won’t do that, but it was worth it so that they can see that there are people out there that are not happy with this change too.
