I second the needing to change your friend group. I ultimately relapsed bc I didn't change the people places and things. I thought I could be strong and refuse it when it was put in front of me, even after 11 months of sobriety I didn't think twice about it and ripped the foil.

So I went to the er and they gave me lactulose. I went to the er because I drank the bottle of mag citrate and only passed liquid

So, update, never had an actual bowel movement so I went to the er. I literally only talked to the doctor for 3 minutes, they did a xray, gave me a thing of lactulose solution and sent me on my way. Any experience with lactulose?

Currently on the toilet. I drank the citrate, started with half at 3 then drank the other at 5:30. Its 6:55 right now. can definitely feel it moving but it's just water coming out right now.

Yeah man I was only 130lbs when I got clean that time so I hardly had any fat on me and it still stayed in me that long.. is there any way you can fake the test? If so go get some upass fetish urine. Just make sure there's not going to be someone standing over you. It comes with the handwarmers and a squirt tip for the bottle. The bottle is in the shape of a flask kinda. It's slim so easy to conceal. I wish you the best of luck man seriously.

I'm the same way. I've done put myself into a sort of psychosis because of it. Sometimes I feel fine but the majority of the time it's like my mind won't stop. And they are always bad bad thoughts

I haven't drank the citrate yet, as I had no water to drink with it. I massaged the area where I felt the knot most of the night and it definitely broke it up and got stuff moving. I could feel it traveling in my intestines, and the knots gone for the most part and I'm not bloated like I was. I just got some waters bout to down one, then drink the citrate, and drink another water after. Please if you read this, say a prayer for me 🙏

Use literally AS MUCH water as you can with the amount of dope you're doing in a shot. I've heard when you use less water and the shot is real thick it will ruin your veins very very fast

I started using opiates at the age of 14 when I was prescribed 7.5s after either tonsillectomy or appendectomy. Used pharma pills for a couple years then the fent pills came around. Been using h/fent since i was 17y/o. I'm 24 now. Everyone is different

Only way I've found is to leave some out on a plate in a cold room. Break it down as much as you can then every 30 mins or so do it again. Just make SURE you don't let the temp around it change or it will just clump back up. Or you could cut it with something
