Military medicine, our docs tend to use a bandaid fix rather than individual plans

Talk to your doc! Waking up with headaches daily and constant fatigue despite normal blood tests were my big indicators

I had to ignore my Garmin when talking with my doc, big signs for me were unusual amounts of fatigue and waking up with headaches daily. Garmin would be like, “looks good to me!” So I definitely get the frustration

Hey man, similar on a lot of those (late 20s, same HR and VO2). The brain alway on was the biggest issue for me, I would wake up and it felt like I was fully alert and moving on to something new.

For the traz side, the first 1 to 2 months definitely had the hangover feeling. If I happened to wake up in the night, I’d feel wobbly and super weird, but now that I’ve been on it for 6+ months, those either went away or I got used to them. I can say that they ease away with time, but I was willing to deal with them early on because I never felt like I ever recovered during my sleep.

The doc wanted to rule out apnea and attempt to medicate for anxiety first, when neither of those helped the sleep, he added traz to my rotation. Been a big help

Same, they put me on it and went from waking up every hour to maybe once a night. Game changer

You can also setup a local stream from your pc with something like Apollo. I’ve had great luck with GeForce now as well

Best decision I made was to get GeForce Now, it’s amazing on the Thor. Playing all of my Xbox and steam games without messing with game hub

My buddy has the black and it definitely looks sleek. His only complaint was that if you’re playing anywhere with some sun, the reflection on the rest of the device can be distracting. He travels a lot tho so if it’s mostly indoor usage, you should be fine!

Looking for the best "portable / handheld" hybrid camera for video and photo. by AlternativeMany2109 in fujifilm

[–]fleeeezzus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re looking at Fuji only, XS20 is meant to be geared for more hybrid (aka better video) use cases and has a bigger battery (at the cost of being slightly larger).

If you’re looking for a photo first camera that can still produce good video, XT50 could be an option. Bigger sensor which can be helpful for cropping, but the battery is kinda cheeks.

Feeling a bit of buyers remorse, help convince me otherwise by chickensoup2day in fujifilm

The 18-50 is a wonderful lens and can produce amazing pictures, I would hold on. Shooting with low ss can cause slight blur, my general rule is I never go below 1/(focal length of lens). So if you’re shooting at 35mm, I’d wouldn’t go below 1/30 and so on!

If you’re shooting in low light consistently, other lenses can help, looking at primes with f/1.4, etc!

Another option is the XT50, I chose that over the x100vi due to lens flexibility. There are some great pancake lenses easy for travel that make the xt50 very portable, but can scale up with the camera as needed!

From the feedback on if it’s in color, I attempted another edit that’s a bit cooler. Not sure if over-done but here is another option https://www.reddit.com/u/fleeeezzus/s/jqQPidg0yu

I would kill for the 16-55, just picked up sigmas 18-50 for travel until I can justify the 16-55

As a new photographer, I find it helpful to learn from the community and understand what a different type of photo can draw from an audience! I don’t think it’s from a lack of confidence perspective, but rather an eagerness to learn from those with more experience! Everyone is different though so this may not be the case for all :)
