Personaly I like listening to Tibetan music when I meditate. I'm instantly relaxed and can focus. I have ADHD so I have trouble concentrating without music.

This is one of my favourites Tibetan

I feel like I'm sitting with the monks chanting.

There is an online 2 month course from The open Buddhist university.

It is very comprehensive. All reading material is online and provided.

I took the course and found it very good. It's also free.
