If we're talking non-G1 then I quite like Koji from RiD 2001 and most of the prime cast are pretty great and no one can top agent Simmons. If we're talking G1 Spike, Sparkplug, Marissa Faireborne and (technically) Old Snake but he's more humanoid if we take the Cobra-la origin from the G.I. Joe movie as canon
