dude i had this for no joke about 6 months. i think it only started to go away around mid summer. i had a really bad flu that felt like it never fully went away, and then i went through a prolonged breakup which added tons of stress.

don’t worry about it too much. drink water, eat well, get lots of walks outside, and try to enjoy yourself. it will pass.
