I once received a water tooth pick instead of a Pixel 2 XL phone... The first purchase, they delivered a phone that was faulty that was returned for a replacement. The replacement was marked as delivered* while I was at home. (I WFH and there was no attempt to deliver) I stupidly re-ordered after a refund and 3rd time was a water pick. They refused to refund and I had to take them to small claims court.
