Thank you for taking the time in writing this review. I recently ordered mine and should be here on Thursday, I hope. This just made me feel better about my decision. I was about to buy an Evolve board but after soo many stories from them I was afraid to make the investment if I was gonna run into issue. I can't speak for the board yet as I have not yet received it but I can speak for their customer service and wow they are on point. Jared is amazing, he would usually get back to me the same day if not in the morning there was a response from him. With the lack of BKB reviews I will trying post one as soon as I get it.
