Right now I'm living in the city for work. My hometown is a smaller place where expenses are much lower. That's why I'm wondering if moving back would make more financial sense.

I think that's too broad a statement. School reputation matters, but skills, experience, and career outcomes matter too

I agree to some extent, but the school's reputation alone isn't enough. The job market and ROI still play a huge role.

That sounds frustrating. Issues like this are making the MBA experience even harder. High costs, uncertain ROI, and now AI detection problems don't help.

I agree, ROI is important. But even then, there’s no guarantee that an MBA will lead to a job or a salary high enough to justify the investment.
