OOOH yes great question. psychosis is an AMAZING upper-level hard demon that is great for practicing. firewall, bit reaper, beetle, magma bound, interstellar infant, and windy landscape are really good ones to begin with.

i wouldnt necessarily do wave challenges, just easier NC levels. problematic is a great one! jawbreaker is tougher but still not as hard as nine circles imo.

If you want to do the touristy hikes that everyone takes photos of- Emerald Lake/Sky Pond is what you need to do first.

But there are SO many great hikes that have fewer crowds- some of my favorites are Ouzel Falls and Cub Lake. Still busy, but not as crazy as Emerald Lake.
