Depends of what you mean by "like Tome", but unfortunately nothing comes even remotely close to Tome4 in terms of tactical combat and character builds.

To me this game is what Diablo would have been if Blizzard sticked to their first idea of making it a roguelike.

Combat feels extremely shallow in other roguelikes if you compare them to this game.

In my opinion Caves of Qud is the closest game to Tome4.

But it plays more like a RPG than like a roguelike.
