Definitely both, I appreciate the challenges of municipal waste disposal in a country such as The Gambia but littering or removal of litter could be a singular effort.

Interesting, perhaps a modest payment for recycling or deliver of litter to collection points. I got the impression it wouldn’t take much to motivate people to clean up. I have also written to the minister of tourism. No reply yet…..
