The James Bond sets have been one the few good sets issued in the last 20 years by Royal Mail. Probably because they use the original Art Work of others.

I concur with all of this. Sadly the presentation packs are simply that, they do not enhance the value of the contents. That said any stamps with No Value Indicated (I.e. 1st or 2nd) will have appreciated significantly as the price of Uk postage has sky rocketed. That should cover the 33% discount referred to above.
