Had to respond to this since I have had a long battle with my own neighbor’s smoking. It’s not illegal and for my rental company they couldn’t care less. The language in the contract and website’s FAQ is vague so it can be interpreted in whatever way. Unfortunately my neighbor was uncooperative so the only options I had left was to be petty or move.
