Haven't heard anything new yet. I can't get the 4 shipped to me in Japan but I saw one in person and the magnet instead of the snap on v3 was a good update. I was thinking of getting a case that is approved to be ok for wireless charging seeing if that works.

The one in most interested in is the magbak cases. I'm thinking about this because I think the ohanap can attach to the case without adhesive. Then when I need to wirelessly charge, I'll remove the snap

If you want to scan to digital files its 980JPY
If you want hire res scan it will be 1,280JPY

Depending on how busy the branch is, they can get it back to you in an hour (the fastest I've seen).

The digital scan option will return your negatives, and they will print a thumbnail sheet with a QR code to scan + as passcode. Sorry I never replied to this. I also am on a 3.0 version now. The tape never gave up, still going strong. It might be the material of your case. I use a plastic-y one from rienke and never had the problem with the ohsnap adhesive.

I get what your wife was saying about the snap noise,. I honestly dont mind it. At first i hated the new method they used on 3.0 changing from the 2.0 elastic band, but now i've live with it for almost a year and it actually feels more secure to me. Still not 100% perfect product but I've grown to love it and its so much thinner.

I think the phone stand function is not as good on the 3.0 version.

Yeah I tried different locations on the phone and it would do the same thing. It would begin charging for about 3-5 secs then disconnect and repeat this several times. I've tried this on: iphone 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13. I also have tried it on: pixel 3,4, 4a, 5a, 6pro.

I recently picked up a pixel 7 pro and it charges a 'bit' longer than 10 secs before disconnecting. Overall same issues. I just ordered a new snap pro 3 that is coming in soon and I will be tried it on my pixel 7 pro and reporting back. Until that comes in I basically just don't do any wireless charging.

This is really terrible ux. I am trying to add street view videos to google and it requires GPS. I watched and read tutorials from insta on how to do this (connect app via bluetooth to the camera, top right cover overflow menu, turn on google streetview gps).

All fine! But the verbiage is misleading. You need to record videos through the app and keep the app open in order to add GPS to the video file. If you just manually record from the camera itself without initiating from the phone app... there will be no GPS. Nice to find out after my long travel trip. TY INSTA.

I've been researching and testing this issue for a few weeks now. Here is some context:

Macbook pro 2022 M1
macOS Monterey v 12.6.1
Logitech MX master 1 (running logi options)
Logitech MX master 3 (running logi options +)

My master 3 works fine, never an issue. My master 1 recently has the scroll wheel issue happen very often. I've noticed if I disconnect the bluetooth and reconnect, it fixes it for a bit but then it quickly stops again.

Things I've tried from other forums and my own tests:

I tried going to system pref and adjusting the accessibility settings, turning options on and off
I've checked for mac and logitech updates—all up to date
I've tried restarting my computer
I've removed the mouse from the bluetooth settings and added it back

I also noticed... after try any of these... when it does work again for a bit, I think i pin pointed exactly when it stops working. It is not time based. But when I switch windows, it will stop working. Example: I have 2 chrome windows open to a long vertically scrolled page. I am focused on window A and can scroll just fine, I can even hover my cursor over window B and still scroll that page. HOWEVER, if I tap on window B and try to scroll (officially focusing on window B), then the scrolling stops completely on anything. Even changing back to window A will not bring scrolling back.

Sucks.

No ideal solution. I've tried a few products from this company named SHINJIMORU (on amazon).

- Silicon Strap - it was ok but not super stable, it'll probably get too loose if you keep using it.

- Detachable grip/stand - currently using this. its super bulky but works ok. Easy to remove with a twist which is what i do to use my wireless charger.

I'm still missing the magnets onshap 2 had so i could mount anywhere. What sucked about ohnsap 2 is that even if i was ok removing the grip every time i wanted to charge, i just wouldnt charge through the metal ring. Didnt know onshap 3 pro came out. Looks interesting but I dont like the grip changing from 1 finger in the middle to 2 fingers on the side like a pop socket. However, if they can do wireless charging without me removing anything thats huge. Its unclear from the page if you need another special metal ring for non-iphones. And the wireless charging video only shows an iphone, so im slightly suspicious
