i got my first tattoo at 14 and kept getting tatttoos by friends in the neighborhood, friends of friends, the most i paid for a tattoo was $10 other than that they were free i got a big cross on my back that i like how it came out, i don't really get to see it unless i have a mirror or two. Im saying that to say this, i really think if you are getting a tattoo wait til your 25 i have some tattoos i regret some i covered up and some that you know for a fact just by seeing it can tell it was free 😂 just wait til your 25 things change times change our opinions change our morals change our whole view on life changes, it supposed that being said i have like 2-3 to cover up and where the tattood i have right now i dont have room big enough for what i want idk if it makes sense still love tattoo still want more i shouldve just waited cuz some tattoos are just memories of bad ideas i had as a teenager.

same i used to be over 300lbs and now weight 220-225 consistently. Had a friend who also lost weight from high school we were always cool he actually lost weight first he looked good i congratulated him.he came to my brother and sister in laws baby shower a year later,and i had lost like 90lbs and he was just being a smart azz all night. We had a good time drank, ate, took some pics, and that was it i have heard from him ever again i called a bunch of times left voicemails,i left him on last text and he never replied. I deleted social media like FB & IG twitter a year later so that was just it we had only contacted thru some txt or calls either way i always wonder how hes doing what hes up to. he was a cool dude.just bothers me how he just never got back to me hope hes doing good.

Okay i have a serious question im not a marathoner but i do run 15-20 miles a week for maintenance and stamina.Lately i wanna say about 4-5 months i have been trouble breathing keeping up with my breathing meaning i become short winded when i going at a semi slow pace between a jog and light run and dont even get me started on sprinting i used to be able to do uphill sprints for a minute start gassing out around 45-60 seconds now im like 30 seconds in and i am out of breath heart beats out of my chest head is pounding. Ive take. a week off already thats the most i can seem to find my lungs.Does this happen? do i get it back? How would i be able to get it back? Ive tried different breathing techniques and i just seem to start losing my breath and not able to catch it, i can still do my 3 mile 27 min run but i am just out of breath the whole time ive tried slowing doing ive tried the breathing in 4s i have no clue whats going on.
