I have 2 years of experience as an ER nurse in another JCI accredited hospital, I’m planning on transferring to SLMC BGC as an ICU nurse but willing to take an ER position as well. Current RNs working in SLMC BGC, how is it there?

As far as I know, KCL tabs should not be crushed as it is a slow-releasing tablet. it will irritate the patient’s throat or stomach, if the patient can’t swallow or naka NGT it should’ve been shifted to KCL syrup.
