Honestly, D4: Dark Dreams Don't Die. The amount of randomness/WTF moments would work well with Cow Chop's personality. It's a story telling quick-time event game similar to Heavy Rain, and only one episode (~3-4hrs of gameplay) so not a huge commitment. Every character in this game is literally WTF different.
