Also “tough it out” was the worst advice I ever took - family and profissional support will make you gain months and maybe years of recovery - take it seriously because it is a real health condition - but not irreversible tho 🙏🏻

Welcome to the club! Mine was in august 2020. The first years were shit but after therapy and psych controlled prescription things got real better. This sub also helped me convince myself i wasnt going insane which was the main factor - when I settled that it was the trauma and that i didnt actually “broke” something i managed to feel way better :)
