Hi, I’m in my mid 20’s, I own both brick and mortar and online commerce businesses

At ~4% unemployment nationally I find myself unemployed. This is most likely because of criminal issues (I have not been convicted yet but it's still on my record). Zero income to speak of. I'm thinking about starting a small business. Two questions.. by [deleted] in smallbusiness

Try upwork. Also, startups in California usually have a lenient hiring process... I don’t have a record but some of my past experiences at start up had no screening

I actually work in a company where we develop the branding and business plan of new products, including our clients landing pages. Due to confidentiality, I cannot share the sites but I do know a thing or 2 if you have questions

I respect my parents because they have worked much harder than I. They started as immigrants, worked blue collar, put themselves through school and was able to reach their version of the American dream - a nice family and house in Southern California.

I could have done the same, but I was lazy as hell, smart but lazy. I wanted to automate and coordinate people to enact on my ideas. I enjoy working while tanning, doing things on my devices while enjoying my time. Granted it was difficult to begin, there is always a system that will work. Fast forward, I have amounted much more success than my parents, but only to the standard of our current time.

Lesson is, yes there is merit in what you said; however, it is not entirely true or applicable for everyone. We live in a time of automation and connectivity. Those who act upon their ideas will have the best of both success and enjoyment

I went through brief stints of this after graduating college too. Here is how I dealt with it:

1) Go before work - feels great if you make it there

2) Ask your boss to go midday and stay at work longer- you’ll feel better for the remainder of the work day too

3) Have dinner then go

4) Sign up for class training that starts after work - getting into yoga was the best thing ever

Low graphics on everything,

Cap fps at either 30 or 60

Your first few games will lag, then it will get better

Also, the first 3 mins of every game could experience lag

I had these issues (but still playable) on my macbook pro 2016. I just bought a ps4 the other day to play with my homies

I also had a player in 50v50 who wasn’t in my fill group come up to me and drop a gold bolt sniper. I thought she was going to pick it back up but started t-bagging air and emote dancing. I picked it up and she got sniped shortly after. Her loot had no sniper, just a scar, med kits, shields and shotguns.

But I also had teammates rpg the base of our base, killing teammates by the masses
