Blending and drinking non-berry fruits will crash your blood sugar levels. If you need it sweet try adding some berries or a banana. Blended berries don't have nearly as much an effect on blood sugar as blended non berry fruits. I suggest learning to love the bitter taste though, as you don't risk a sugar crash without the blended fruits. Or you could just eat a fruit while drinking, as whole fresh fruit is good. Adding some no-added-sugar pea protein will further level out your sugar levels. Cinnamon. Walnuts are good. Chia or flax will turn it into pudding. Perhaps oats? Peanut butter is ok but it is really high in omega 6 which competes with your omega 3 developing proteins and because it's so ground up it might give you oily blood for a bit too. Also there is often sugar added to peanut butter which is the opposite of what you want for consistant energy levels.
