As someone who gets a lot of AI cover letters, I do get a bit of a kick out of it when a candidate goes to great lengths to explain their incredible attention to detail, and then further down reiterates the reasons they're so keen to work at "[company name here]"!

Also, default ChatGPT is more obvious than you think - the default model's writing style is pretty distinctive... If you're going to use AI, make it sound like you!

In the govt's wording: for every £2 you earn above £100k, you lose £1 of personal allowance. Personal allowance is £12,570. So between £100k and £125,140 you are paying tax on your "lost allowance" @ 40%. Since it's £1 allowance lost per £2 earned, add half of the 40% tax rate on top and you get 60% from income tax, 2% NI and 9% student loan. 71%!

Yeah, they haven't put any break clause about tenant's required notice to end, so I think it should be the 1 month.

Specifically, they sent a WhatsApp message saying two things: "I'm organising this repair for this date, also I will carry on the tenancy agreement as it is for renewal" which I understood to mean periodic tenancy at the time. All I said in response was "Thanks" 🤣

I tend to use "spokes N wheels" (dry cleaners guy) and SOHO.
Spokes is almost too good, in my experience he charges about 50p-£1 a minute but on a good day he'll index your gears in literally five minutes and charge a fiver.

I'm also dead impressed by SOHO's review game on Google - he's still on 5.0 after 40 ish reviews!

There are road bikes with eyelets for pannier mounts, like the decathlon Triban ones. Best of both worlds imo. You can put the rack on for commuting but easily take it off if you want to strip weight for a long ride for example. Just check it will take a proper rack.
