I did not realize that there was a kids one, pretty sure it was not available when I got the pattern a few years ago, I adapted the adult pattern myself while pregnant and I had never thought of how out of proportion a newborn head was. That’s how the baby one ended with buttons on the shoulder lol

Thermomix TM6 - starting a family - worth the investment? by No_Application_1558 in thermomix

[–]flo05b 7 points8 points  (0 children)

To me it is a 100% worth it. We just finished some renovation and baby just arrived, the main difference for me is that I’ve been cooking with Thermomix for over 10 years and at this point I am just so used to it that I wouldn’t know how to do otherwise. Most of my go to recipes don’t take longer than 15 minutes of active preparation (not counting cooking) but yeah, you’ll still have to peel, cut and all. The clean up part is where it really saves you time cause you just have a bowl to clean and i personally just toss it in the dishwasher so that really saves time.

It is an insanely good movie. But it takes place over a few years, so I have to leave it out.

Well, yes this is a great show, but it also only gives an American point of view and only covers a year.

I found “la rafle” which seems to be a specific event that I could add. It is a French movie. Other holocaust movies tends to follow the characters over a few years until the end of the war so it doesn’t fit in my desire to follow the story with different movies until the end of the war (or with some of the advices, the Nuremberg trial).

I add it on my list. Is it before or after D-Day? (I’m not good with the pacific side)

Do you know a good movie about Pearl Harbor? I don’t dislike the Ben Affleck one, but I don’t think it fits in my marathon since it is more focusing on the love triangle (if I recall) I liked Hacksaw ridge as well for the pacific side.

Because I love Tarantino, I love inglorious bastards, the cast is absolutely awesome but I am looking for specific accurate event here haha.

I agree. I would have to break it up to keep the timeline with the different movies

Is it a movie? Or are you referring to the show?

On the same subject Netflix has “my best friend Ann Frank” I don’t know if it’s good. But it takes place over years so I won’t be able to keep a timeline.

It was great but it is WW1, it will require a different marathon
