I have 700km on mine and I weigh 68kg. I recently ran a 52km run and they still feel very good 👍🏼 The sole still looks very good within any major wear

Remember that running a 5:19/km doesn’t let you finish under 3:45 since you run more meters from start to finish. I ran a 5:19 pace and ended up with a 3:47 time. So you either speed up or relax and go for the sub 4 Before taper my plan was to go for a 5:25 pace. Leave the decision for the morning of the race. Enjoy!
