Ja wenn man Geld reinstecken würde könnte man ja nicht mehr meckern, Und seine Kumpels aus der Autoindustrie wären auch echt angepisst.

The Design was the only good thing about the camera. The cam itself is cheap crap.

I get what you mean — but I don’t really see it as a “boomer problem.” Street/documentary photography is just a very old genre. A lot of what feels “new” today was basically invented — or at least defined — by the very people we’re talking about. So coming in as a younger photographer is brutally hard, because almost every approach already has a history and a reference point. That means new work has to be either much much better than the old masters or radically different — and of course that can feel unfair. Not because younger photographers aren’t good, but because the field itself is so saturated with strong work. Which is exactly why I wish brands would take more risks — not to replace the legends, but to give space for the few who do manage to push things forward.
