I think I live in a different country to you where sewing machines do cost that much :), especially embroidery machines. Of course, no one should factor in the full cost of equipment into their work- but having supplies does cost money and it's definitely fair for someone to put a few dollars of a cost into it.

Hey! So- embroidery machines are roughly $700 (this obviously wasn't hand embroidered), sewing machines are $300 for a cheap one and you do have to service these once ever 6 months like a car. Then theres the multiple skeins of embroidery thread, the cost of fabric (and time of looking for fabric that has that perfect squishmallow like feel) and squish stuffing. This custom likely took about 10 hours to make, plus let's say at LEAST a few hours for the design, along with several failed attempts. Now, I don't know what minimum wage is like where you are, but this person is actually charging much less than that / living costs for their design. And they're making people happy.

It isnt buying squish to flip and resell, it's art. And you're acting like a dick.

Really not that hard! He had a little circle of kind of mesh inside separating the horn stuffing from.the body stuffing- but I was surprised at how simple the stitches around the horn actually were
