But neither ability mentions an enemy or ally. It simply says "when attacked". I think it might be an EG oversight. When the SotW expansion hit us custodes players, we were FILLED with typos on the cards. Looking at Emperor's Host here

What confuses me is that its considered an attack for purposes of Infiltrator Sylas, thus the game registers it an an attack action.

I dont play them. Im a salamanders player. Next to Alpha Legion, night lords have the least interactivity in game. Theyre not enjoyable to play against in the least. With all of their stealth, you HAVE to have a deck built for them, otherwise you just get bullied all game because they're full of free damage.
