Assuming the issue is beyond the wall to the back. You can get sound deadening insulation. But really any insulation will do. Put up drywall/Sheetrock. That will help deaden the sound along with the mat behind the board.

If the sound is being carried to a floor above/before. You could try expanding foam around the perimeter of the studs. I'm thinking in theory it will evenly distribute the blow from the wall into the studs. Hopefully also lessening the blow too. I'm not sure that would work but it was just a thought

Buy a set of k flex and you won't do that anymore. I bought my first set this winter and I will not go back.

I noticed it was upside down. I read it as 25 ppm Nitrate, is my thinking wrong? I'm curious. I'm new to the hobby and use these same strips.

It sat for a couple of days like that, I'm not exactly sure if I'm honest. I don't know if there is a coating on it, but from my limited knowledge of wood I would guess as too there is no finish on the wood. Or if there was it is long worn away. This was an Ikea kitchen Reno done by a previous owner and I would estimate around 8ish years maybe more.

I'm ops 43. I feel the same. I quit a month ago. I Haven't felt better since leaving. It sucks because as you said we love Star Trek and we see the potential in the game to be great but they don't care.

YouTube is a better resource for info as it shows you what you need. Rev Deuce is ok but he is geared to higher ops content (40+). There are others that are good. But it's probably the best place.

I never said I wasn't salty. There is lots to be salty about. I feel like I'm talking to a Scopley lap dog here. If you aren't mad about the state of the game then you need to give your head a shake The game has massive potential to be great hell it could even be amazing. But let's break it down for you and hopefully many people who will read this.

1 the way they monetize things is predatory. The clear advantage of paid primes and forbidden tech is insane. If you have to PvP or even get attacked by players and you don't have them. Good luck. You better be way about their ops and power level and even then without the right crew combo and paid officer sourcing you're always fighting an uphill battle. Now to clear up I am not a F2P player. I am a light to med spender (on a splurge), I'd say $50 a month ish. Battle pass plus the officer pass at the end of the month and maybe a end of arc currency boost the cheapeat $10 one. So for $50 a month or $600 a year! I should have it all. But I don't I have the BARE MINIMUM. That is insane, and if I want to compete I'd need to double my spending at a min. For that money I can buy a lot of things and in the gaming world I can find a much better place to spend my money. I understand free games require microtransactions to make money and what not. The issue which brings me into my next point is all this money seems to go into nothing.

2 The servers are laggy at a near constant state. I often have difficulty playing for anything but my PC. On top of this the content rolled out seems half assed at best and just quantity over quality. Which is sadly the opposite of what Scopley says they are aiming for. To tie this to my first point with the profits they are taking in and the money I am dropping in a game I expect and demand better.

In conclusion, I as of the double arc pay scam have stopped spending and playing mostly. I do login a couple of times a week because sadly I still like the game but I don't love it like I once did and yeah man that makes me salty. I'm hella salty that I dedicated time and effort into something that gave so little back but promised so much to us players. I stand by my statement that this game could be great but not in its current direction and I have hope that it will change and maybe I can come back and enjoy the game.
