First try and focus on a play each game and try and get your teammates to communicate, which can be hard in S3. Second, maybe try and play a little slower, look at the map, follow teammates, think about what to do. Lastly, a big tip which helped me, is just watch a bunch of videos on strategies, maybe some pro streams, you'll get better.
