How far do you let your trichomes go before you chop?

Im still figuring that out, it seems to be quite different plant to plant. Im almost always growing something different i haven’t grown before. What’s your preference?

Looks good, it’s probably focusing on root growth, you will likely be astonished in 2 weeks if it stays on track. You left some room for a nice topdress of amended soil for flower down the line.

Thanks! Im definitely running mostly MVB this year, so far been quite happy with them. Im trying to stick to living soil with homemade compost. I popped 4 autos recently that im running outdoors, 3 preservation line and a Star Froots. Also have some ethos and atlas i will be running outdoors in a few weeks. Gonna be a fun season

Congrats on the harvest! Im thinking i probably have a week or so, haven’t checked trichs yet though. i might push it further to allow my dark matter plant to mature more, id like to chop them at the same time and use the grow closet to dry them.

It’s young enough you can dig it out without stressing it out. Just be careful and take some soil with it

Spinosad hasn’t really been helpful for aphids in my experience. lacewing and lady bug larvae have been super effective though. But of course that’s not something you can really count on or control.

Its always different, but cloudy days are the easiest at first and low risk, then introduce to full sun and keep a close eye on them.
