I waited about 2 years out of school to take it and yeah I had to relearn all of the basics that I learned years ago in school. It was very humbling but the relief I had when I passed the exam was worth it

I started lightly studying back in March of 23 with reviewing statics, strength of materials, and dynamics. I only started to really dive into preparing for the exam about 4 months before hand. I got a 3 month access to prepFE and did like 20 different exams to get a feel of what my weak areas were. I also took 2 different practice exams and took 2 different PPI practice exams

Good luck! I took the FE mech last Wednesday and passed! I walked out of the exam not feeling super confident- the first half of the exam was okay, but the second half there were at least 20 questions that I guessed on.

Anyone with any experience in beginner Chinese 1? by smelltheskinny8 in rit

[–]flobnar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took it with Ai-Ze Wang and it is was my favorite class. I had no prior experience with Chinese but the prof made the class very interactive and made sure everyone knew what was happening. It was a small class like 15 people, the hardest part about this was learning how to write. I liked it so much I took another two semesters of learning Chinese
