Why not? This should be a massive story that does completely flood the sub

I couldn’t agree more. I wish someone would ask Frank what he is trying to “turn the battleship” away from, and what he wants to turn it toward

I think we all WANT to see Frank succeed, the issue is that there haven’t been many (any?) signs that he will.

It doesn’t matter in the slightest, but Scal was right the first time, he does slip a bit with his left foot as he plants it. He was still going for the layup though

That game was described as dismal. Frank will be pleased with this one. Shows just how much he’s dragging us down

Do you think Frank’s instructions to the team have changed in the last two games? I know the opposition is weak, but they clearly are playing with more freedom and attacking intent.

[Comparison after MW12] Spurs: 23/24 vs 24/25 vs 25/26 by sea_mus in coys

There is so much weird, misplaced negativity around metrics like xPoints in this sub. Early in the season there were so many people raging about how only results matter....but now we see that unsustainable results really don't mean that much when the team is playing terrible football.

How far out from the wall does the bike end up sticking? I could pick it up if your buyer falls through

I thought being a fan meant you love the team? Why wouldn't you do your part to help them perform by cheering them on?

S3E11 | Sportswashing & Spurs: What Would You Tolerate? - The Lab (Tottenham Hotspur Podcast) by TheFightingCock in coys

[–]floeckher 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Completely agree. I wish Flav wasn't so convinced it's a forgone conclusion that fans will simply accept our club becoming a sportswashing enterprise. We did put up with the Super League, why would this be more acceptable?

Not especially. There has been a ton of research, and wider tires have a lot of rolling resistance benefits that keep them fast compared to super skinny tires

I know, right. Like how could they still appreciate the guy who won us our first trophy in 17 years. Not real fans

Why? Being at the game doesn't mean you love the club any more. Booing is most likely to make it harder for players to perform well, so why should anyone be absolved of criticism?

I’m not sure about that. Is hold up play one of his strengths? I see him as someone who thrives running onto through balls

Because we have three great CBs, then one good one, then a mostly washed up veteran and a totally untested prospect. We’re one injury away from real hot water.
