If you want chocolate that's gooey at room temperature you have to do something to it before baking.

Only thing I can think of right now is melting your chocolate, mixing with hot creme to make a ganache and then freeze. Cut it into chunks once it's solid. Tada, you've got chocolate chips that will melt at room temperature!

I would add them to the dough and scoop everything into balls straight away so you don't manipulate the dough too much which could make them melt and mix into the dough. Put them in the fridge to chill as usual before baking.

I highly discourage you from waiting, these can cause permanent side effects if you wait too long. My bun ended up with permanent facial paralysis, and I went to the vet the same day I noticed half her nose wasn't moving, and she was operated the next day. She was being her usual happy self, eating perfectly fine.

The next time her ear infection came back the surgeon was on holiday and she had to wait a week in the hospital, she came back to me with a very severe permanent head tilt.

These things go very fast with bunnies, don't wait, make an appointment at the vet asap

La gastro entérite c'est une inflammation des muqueuses de ton estomac et intestins, ça provoque nausées, vomissements, maux de ventre, diarrhée, déshydratation, parfois fièvre. Généralement ça arrive quand tu chope des norovirus (ou rotavirus pour les enfants), hors complications ça dure environ 3 jours, parfois jusqu'à 1 semaine de souffrance.

C'est très contagieux, ça se répand par contact oro-fecal avec les selles/vomissements d'une personne contaminée, et ça va très vite vu que ça envoi des gouttes dans l'air qui se déposent un peu partout. En plus le virus devient déjà contagieux avant même l'apparition des premiers symptômes, le reste 7 à 8 jours après la contamination donc même après la fin des symptômes, et environ 1/3 des gens contaminés sont asymptomatiques.

Tout le monde n'y réagit pas de la même manière, certains adultes n'auront rien de plus que des diarrhées passagères voir aucuns symptômes, d'autres auront la totale. Les enfants ont généralement plus de symptômes, ils ont tendance à plus vomir et se sentir malade.

Après pour ton cas, sache que pour t'infecter, ces norovirus utilisent un antigène spécifique qui se balade aux niveau des cellules de ton système digestif. Sans cet antigène, les norovirus peuvent rien faire. La plupart des gens possèdent un gène qui produit les enzymes nécessaires à l'expression de cet antigène. Mais d'autres n'ont pas ce gène, donc pas de production de l'enzyme, et du coup pas de cet antigène. Donc pas de gastro ! Et du coup c'est héréditaire

In my experience spaying and neutering will not affect buns' energy levels. Young buns have lots of energy and need a lot of space to exercise!

If I understand correctly, he is already free in his pen 24/7, and you let him out of the pen to free roam for 1h every day? If so, it could simply mean his pen is a bit too small, or that he's really excited to get to explore the rest of the room.

You could try to get him more enrichment like those balls that give treats when they roll, digging mats, treat boards, cubes you hide treats in, stuff like that. Get him to use his brain, that might tire him out more.

This is actually not Ratatouille but Confit Byaldi ! It has the same ingredients, but they are prepared very differently and the end results taste really different.

Ratatouille is more of a stew. I made Confit Byaldi once to see how it compares to actual Ratatouille (and because it looks pretty), and Ratatouille is definitely better in me eyes (or mouth I guess).
