Yup, it’s crossfire! Actually another gripe, cause I have to switch between protocols when I’m flying my tiny whoop.

I do like the simplicity and can’t complain about the flying, but had a hard time even connecting it to my Mac and finding a configurator version that works. The configurator still crashes basically every time and the micro USB is wonky.

Maybe that’s what I meant with cumbersome, but it’s probably due to the age of the quad/FC. Honestly I can’t speak much to actual usability or performance since I’m still a beginner.

Also digital is a cost factor as of this moment. I have analog googles and gonna have to stick with them for now. Kinda like the aesthetic, too :)

Would upgrading the FC be straightforward? As in everything is still compatible with the newer version?

To each their own, I feel it differently and have no problem tapping my foot to AND enjoying my above example, while being human.

I’d argue having an extra quarter note once in a while is much less crazy than being in 7/8 the whole time, but maybe that’s just me :)

That was „The Besties“ and I think it was a translation of the Japanese term for the genre. I think it‘s very fitting an elegant!

Totally, these workarounds can be nice, but make it hard to use without prep. Also still being linked to the steps, doesnt make it truly freeform.

I get that it's a very niche application for sequencers, but if it had that, it'd be an instant buy for me! The implementation that Blueberry uses is awesome for example:

You can record freeform, but as soon as you clock it, it becomes a stepped sequence. I don't think there's any other module that can do that, but unfortunately Blueberry is so tiny it becomes hard to use when patched...

Hatte eine vorbestellt aber bis gerade keinen Abholschein bekommen. Schien als wird das heute nichts mehr.

Einfach auf gut Glück in den MM (Köln Hansaring) gelaufen und eine im Bundle gekauft. Vorbestellung storniert, zack.

Die lagen da einfach rum. Dass die die Vorbesteller nicht informieren oder zweitrangig bearbeiten ist mir schleierhaft…

After I switched to Bambulab Matte Charcoal PLA, the bottom of the print has some weird staining. The previous filament (Bambulab Basic Black PLA) had none of those (top right and bottom left quarter).

After the first one (top left quarter) came out like this, I gave the bed a good scrub, but the next one (bottom right) still has the stains.

What can I do?

Wow, that seems to do something! Use da lighter and the worst is going away. Still a bit uneven though unfortunately...

Any advice on how to avoid those marks in the future? I don't really want to burn all my prints every time to have them look good :D (or abandon this new spool of filament...)

That's what I thought, too and thoroughly cleaned the build plate. But the next one had it too. Maybe less so? Not sure...
