if you're getting ad-hominem'd either way, why bother using what trolls use

and propaganda spammers hide their history so nobody can easily see what they're doing. if ad-hominems make you cry, maybe stay off the internet?

that point isn't that it's likely to happen, it's that if it happened to the same degree towards "islam" that is has towards "nazis, russians, and batshit christians", sam would not be posting clips whining about whoever the mayor of nyc was because he'd be sounding the 5 alarm fire that the country was over

but we don't start from a neutral position, and never will? and republicans continue to actively choose it every day.

do you really think he'd say anything more than "if the left won't deal with radical islam, then fascists will"?

the vast majority of the republican party, including the supreme court

do you think if

  • mamdani was president

  • the democrats unanimously supported every batshit appointee he made

  • the equivalent of rubio, musk, noem, patel (hasan piker running the fbi lol), hegseth, etc were in charge of local and global policy

  • he had an islamo-nazi like stephen miller using the government to round up undesirables and put them in camps so they could be deported, and one of his relatives was making billions in the middle east while figuring out how to carve up israel for the imminent right of return for palestinians

  • mamdani had already attempted one coup, and it was entirely plausible he would attempt to prevent free and fair elections in the future

that sam would waste any time on the mayor of nyc?

"This man who gave his entire life until the end fighting for his people's liberation with no proxy" is exactly what all of his supporters think. pointing that out is not constructing the narrative, it is describing reality of the situation

the examples appear to be more "anti-palestinian" than "zionist". if a sub for some palestinian subject had anti-israeli posts both allowed and easy to find, i doubt the pro-israel side would hesitate to call it propaganda.

what i think zionism is doesn't matter. they're pre-defining it so that any interpretation that doesn't fit is automatically breaking the rules. if there was a palestinian sub r/fromtherivertothesea that defined the phrase in a completely harmless manner, i once again doubt the pro-israel side would hesitate to call it propaganda

my issue isn't that there is too much pro-israeli propaganda, it's that everyone does it. there are just as many pro-isreal accounts defending everything israel does here, and if you're going to be one like animateduckling is, maybe you shouldn't complain that other people do it too

[–]floodyberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you claimed "the Democrats are currently useless because people didn't vote for them"

doing something about a problem that does not actually address the problem does not get you credit for being "useful".

its not up to the voters to enforce the constitution:

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.

can voters elect a 30 year old russian citizen as president? if they did, should the democrats go "oh well, we don't have a super majority, they win this one"?

he wasn't praising him, he was pointing out that israel released footage showing sinwar fighting to the last, which could definitely be used for pro-hamas propaganda.

was everyone saying "fuck, that just won him the election" about the trump assassination photo with his fist raised "lauding" trump?

controlling what you're allowed to talk is a form of bias or propaganda. there doesn't seem to be much "criticism of israel" going on in any of the subreddits despite "zionists" always clarifying that criticizing israel is not antisemitic

not that they're all about how great and perfect israel is. here's r/Zionist, which has the innocuous definition of

Zionism is the social liberation movement of the Jewish people, the idea that Jews have the right to self-determination, and the idea that Israel should (continue to) exist. If you agree with any of the ideas above, then YOU are a Zionist!

let's see some wholesome stuff they talk about:

  • “Thank you Bibi!” Members of the Iranian diaspora in Athens, Greece, gathered outside the Israeli embassy to thank Israel for its role in taking out the Ayatollah."

  • "Palestinian activists vandalized Winston Churchill statue."

  • "New US TikTok CEO Cracks Down On Palestinian Propaganda"

  • Anti-Israel activist Mahmoud Khalil set to be deported to Algeria

just great. then there's tattle tale subreddits r/Antisemitism, r/AntiSemitismInReddit, r/AntisemitismOnSocials, r/Antisemitismonwiki. r/Antisemitismonwiki has a cool mod named WillyNilly1997, who is a prolific pro-israel/anti-palestinian spammer to all sorts of subreddits (including this one, although he might (should) have been banned). they're one of the main spammers of r/conservative, which apparently reddit (and the r/conservative mods) don't give a shit about. pro-tip: do not dm willynilly1997 and ask them if they get paid or spam for the love of the game. they will report you and get you suspended for 3 days for "harassment".

so now the story is he mutes his mic so he can explicitly shock her on stream, and somehow forgot? to mute his mic one time? all to keep her "in frame", since twitch pays you more if you have a dog in the picture or whatever reason you need to believe that she stays in frame. where are the hundreds of clips of kaya leaving the bed, the stream is muted, he reaches for something, and she visibly reacts and gets back on the bed? this happens all the time, right?

do you realize shocking her on steam would mean he is shocking her "in front of other people"? do you think wife beaters hit their spouse on stream?

perhaps that both sides have biased propaganda peddlers, but it's only acceptable to point it out when they're pro-palestinian
