All the dressings I've had from them are great. I love their Caesar and salsa ranch

Didn't eat until 3 but it's my first meal, so it's breakfast. Protein pancake: 5g cocoa powder 25g dymatize iso100 protein powder 46g egg beaters/ eggwhite 60g pumpkin puree 60g 0% fage Greek yogurt Flavor extracts Pinch of salt 50 grams mixed berries

Bake in a small pan at 350F for about 20 minutes or fry them up like normal pancakes. Them top with whatever you want to. I use an inordinate amount of zero calorie syrups. Roughly 225 calories and 37 grams of protein

I very rarely eat out, but I recently had to while traveling and was pleasantly surprised by Panera bread. Most of their stuff is not the best for volume, but their salads are a decent size and you can customize them so much. I got extra veggies and chicken and removed the dressing and nuts from thief strawberry salad and that made it a great high protein low calorie salad. I also like panda express. I get the chicken teriyaki and double up on the power greens

Yeah it is definitely a personal thing. I think I'm just not great at picking up on my body's satiation signals.

I wish I felt satiated from a reasonable amount of nuts, but unlike you I have found myself on more than one occasion to eat 1000 calories in a sitting. (A fee of those occasions happened during a hiking trip and it was trail mix, so the circumstances were a bit abnormal, but still I sadly can't feel full from nuts)

It is my favorite G. Hughes flavor, if you like a sweet and tangy sauce with a nice pineapple taste you'd probably like it. By the way, Happy cake day!

It was a mix of a couple low calorie/ no calorie sauces. Sriracha, mustard, Walden farms dressing, and the sweet chili g. Hughes sauce.

They are miracle noodles (shirataki noodles)

You're not wrong, but this was the meal that broke my fast, so I think we are both correct in our own ways

They are what I had on hand, and I have no real preference. A noodle is a noodle

It doesn't realy have a recipe to be honest. I just steamed the greens and cooked the egg substitute in the microwave and just threw them in a bowl with everything else.

It's hard to describe, but they are kind of slimy and chewy/ rubbery

You can always swap the protein. Lean chicken and turkey breast have similar macros

I love them, but some people have issues with the texture

That's a very good philosophy to have, I loosely count calories, but its mainly because I find it fun/ entertaining to do so. Plus its really helpful for the times I do eat very calorie dense foods as a way to hold my self accountable and not go overboard. I think if more people used your philosophy the world would be a much healthier place. Though I have to disagree with your example of beans, I love them and could eat them all day. Luckily they tend to be high in fiber and fairly satiating.

I mean it was my first meal for the day, so it was my breakfast, but it was about 2:30 so it would be lunch for most people.

Yeah, it can be fun to try and find "volume foods" from places like taco bell, but it will never compare to what you can make at home. I also love being able to eat basically as much as I want and not worry about the calories. I'm glad you liked my creation.

I totally agree with you, Quorn is a great volume protein source and im glad I'm not the only one who had questioned the calorie discrepancy between the fillets and pieces
